I called this doctor(Ricardo Rey) and asked for my medical records. He stated he can’t disclose and mail my information due to my “situation”and that it needs to be requested by a “lawyer” and nothing he can do. Little he knows is that we work in the same field. That doctor’s statement is generally incorrect under U.S. law. Under HIPAA, you have the legal right to obtain a copy of your own medical records. A doctor cannot require a lawyer to request them on your behalf. When a lawyer is involved A lawyer is only required if: You are requesting someone else’s records (without being their legal representative), or The request is part of litigation/subpoena, which does not apply to your own chart. I called the same day and spoke to front nurse and it was emailed to me. TY!!

I have nothing but great things to say about this office. Dr. Ugras and Dr. Rey are so passionate about what they do. Office is super clean, staff is extremely nice. The staff is always sure to take care of the patients, and make their experience great. Wouldn't change my doctor or this office for anything. Feels like family!

Awesome Doctor's and staff. Very caring and they take time to listen to you. They don't rush you in and out. The staff is very friendly and caring as well. I've never been disappointed with my care here. Highly recommend Clifton Comprehensive.

I came here because my mother recommended it. She liked the doctor, Dr. Rey. And I will say, since shes been seeing him she's heathlier and happier. Not sure if its because he's a great doctor or because he speaks Spanish and my mom feels more comfortable with that. So because she had nothing but good things to say, I decided to give it a try. I made an appointment for 10:15am one day to have blood work done. When I get here, no one greets me. Its as if it was a bother that I was there. The two receptionists were on the phone and the waiting room was packed. I was told I dont have an appointment and that I was not in the system. I waited an hour and a half. I was STARVING.
