I love this place. It's hard living out of the state, wondering if your Mom is getting adequate care. I will rest easy knowing she's getting everything she needs by loving caring nurses who are committed to providing the best care possible ❤️ Also a big shout out to Arianna, such a sweetheart. The minute I walked in, I knew my Mom was in the right place! Thank you to each and every one you that work here, from Dietary to Housekeeping.It honestly means the world to me.

My mother has been at the Cleveland Care Center for 15 months, and my sister has been there for 2 months. I am so happy that they can be roommates, definitely an answer to my prayers. The staff has literally become like family, they are so sweet with both of them. I have been so impressed by all of the staff, from the cleaning personnel, handyman, Physical Therapist, nurses, all the way to the Administrators.The entertainment lady has gone out of her way to find activities that are geared toward my sister’s interests. I am truly grateful to all of them.

Well after the completion of my dental work the price only ended up being $10 more. Still needs fine tuning but tired of having appointments

Did not tell us the truth. They may not keep your loved-one if there are any money issues with Medicaid or SSI. They put forth minimum effort and do not have enough employees. They are nice. Polite. But ultimately, you never know if your loved-one will be discharged despite promises to keep them.

We are forever in debt to Cleveland Health Care for their exceptional care! Tamara and Christine in admin were the epitome of professionalism, ensuring an stress-free experience. Deborah, my father-in-law's nursing tech, was a true angel, providing love and care that will never be forgotten. Judy and Pam were outstanding nurses, and Mr. Red's kitchen magic was only matched by his warmth. Cleveland Health Care has our highest recommendation for their unwavering dedication!
