Cleveland Dental Institute - Garfield

This place DESPERATELY needs a deep clean. When we got to our area? (They don’t have rooms) my husband had to clean off a stuck piece of tooth floss from the counter, the tables and surfaces are covered in dust and dirt and no one is mopping or cleaning salt and snow/water from the lobby or back area. Staff is very rude, got INCREDIBLY irritated and started slamming trays of tools when we stated that we didn’t want to go forward with treatment (very money focused). Do NOT go here and ABSOLUTELY do not bring your children here. My son had an “infection” from a cavity in his mouth and the dentist stated that it was “more important” for him to see ortho about his teeth grinding. yeah front desk lady that just answered the phone at 2 pm with her trifling attitude when i simply was asking questions about a wisdom teeth removal you guys scheduled WITH my insurance company and approved of with my referral as well, try working at a factory where you don’t speak to anyone your attitude is very miserable and i will definitely never step foot in this dentist. thank you for answering the phone the way you did im so glad i didnt waste my time coming here for your front desk staff to be nasty over trying to get information you should’ve provided with me and my insurance company FROM THE JUMP BEFORE SCHEDULING!

Dr Alba & Dr Baher & their assistants were so compassionate and understanding. The front staff were very welcoming. The office manager, Sage, is such a bright light. This was an overall great experience! Thank you!
