Waste of time. Do nothing. Call it a virus. Don't listen to patients who have been through this their whole lives! Offer drugs that don't work. Never again here.

Super simple easy the folks over here help get you out 123 you won't waste a lot of time here hence the name express, down-to-earth folks who actually treat you like a person and not a number you definitely get that small time vibe when you visit the Cleveland clinic Olmstead express

Staff was fantastic. Receptionist was really nice, I was in an exam room with my five year old within ten minutes. Nurse was really nice and did a step test on my son quickly. Doctor was great and diagnosed my son with an ear infection. I picked up the prescription from CVS and was back home within the hour and a half for everything. Wish all doctor visits were this easy.

How do you logically give a one-star to a facility you used to love and recommend to family and friends!? Well I found out. When you call for help, for a geriatric family member, as an initial examination and diagnosis for increased care; And instead they call the State! As a caring and dedicated family unit that is doing their darndest to ensure their loved one stays in they're home, safely and happily, they made a gut wrenching situation very invasive and volatile. All while reneging on their mission statement of helping patients! How does anyone go to the doctor's here with trust and guidance of a medical plan, when you're blindsided and betrayed as if you're perpetuating a bad behavior!? How appalling and unethical!! I pray you are open, honest, kinder, and forthright with your patient

I have always loved the doctors here. Today I tried to schedule both my children to be seen for the EXACT same symptoms. The nurse Wendy called me and was extremely rude. Told me she didnt have my sons information which in the e mail I put his name and birthday, said they would see my younger son because he has asthma and has been coughing but my older son who is DIABETIC should be treated at home because it's probably a cold. Amazing doctors, terrible nurses.
