They do have some excellent doctors here at Cleveland Clinic but the appointment line devolves into utter nonsense on one out of every three phone calls for some reason. As a clear example: they asked me three questions to change a geriatric specialist appointment for my mother: Are you seeing a geriatric specialist due a car accident or where someone else is responsible for the bill or due to a lawsuit? NOPE. Well now that we did that I need an appointment for her with a cardiologist. "Well I have to ask you those three questions again then." in the same conversation where I already answered them. To which my answer is, I guess I should find another Cardiologist not associated with Cleveland Clinic but thanks.

I was waiting in line to get checked in when one of the administrative staff states “you can just check in at the kiosk”. The reason why I’m waiting in line is because I want one of the administrative staff to check me in while I finish my current tasks on my phone. There are clearly 2 of you, and one of you arent with a patient which is why i decided to wait in line. Rude.

Waited 5 months to see Dr. Saira Rani as a new patient to be cancelled on 2 hours before the appointment. Okay, no problem, things happen, but to reschedule they want me to wait another 4 months because I'm not sick... I am trying to see the doctor for a reason. I still need help. The office will not give the courtesy of scheduling sooner. I'm not waiting 9 months for help. Very disappointing.

Everyone was very helpful. The doctor and her staff exhibited patient relationships and professionalism at the highest level. I was really impressed, My Dr spoke with me detailing the why's and the what's of my treatment goal. I had been going to Cleveland Clinic for annual well woman care and a few complaints since 2012. I raved about the care that I was receiving. I told my brother he should transfer to them. I also encouraged both of my parents who were in their 80s to transfer to Cleveland Clinic. I went in for my well woman care as I always had. I always asked for a full exam with bloodwork in as many areas as possible, especially glucose, thyroid, and many other areas. Every year, I had good results with a few areas to monitor.
