Horrible. Horrible doctors with NO EMPATHY FOR THE PATIENTS THEY “ TREAT “ imagine this- you’re a 5’9 individual weighing in at 115lbs, living 3 hours away from this building. Little to no muscle definition, more bone than anything. Even after your BW is stable 4 months post transplant, DOCTORS WILL NOT ALLOW TELEHEALTH VISITS! MY FRIEND HAS PRESSURE SORES FROM SIMPLY SITTING IN MY VEHICLE. DOCTORS HERE DO. NOT. CARE. ABOUT. YOU.

This clinic is awful. While the doctors may be good in a sense, they never follow through with what they say. They are impossible to get in touch with on the phone or in the app they shove down your throat and they routinely send in incorrect prescription meds, as well as routinely have errors on paperwork. This location is either horribly understaffed or horribly mismanaged, possible a combination of both. It seems as if the drs and nurses handle too many patients to adequately care for them. I would never recommend this place it induces anxiety just coming in the door.

They are running the new "facility fee" scam on patients. Do not go for routine visits here. They will charge you thousands in facility fees on top of your copays, making it completely unusable as a care system. See other reviews.

I had a dermatologist visit here. I was sent here by Florida blue insurance. The copay was $100. Couple months later I received the $1456 invoice for hospital stay. I would never step inside this building if I knew that it will be considered as a hospital stay. It's a scam. It can't be legal. They should put a sign saying that it's $1456 entry fee.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. So unorganized it’s unbelievable. I called to schedule an appointment and was told I could not be seen when I arrived at my appointment time. This is a medical office and the staff and employees treat their job like a joke. No respect for clients and I’m glad I didn’t end up being seen here as I would have been very uncomfortable with the lack of respect and bed side manner they have for their patients. Do not recommend to my worst enemy.
