I had a very bad UTI and the staff was wonderful! Jolane (sp?), Nicole, and Alicia were very understanding. I could not ask for a better team! Thank you ladies! ❤️❤️

They’ve always been very helpful to me in the nick of time. I am so grateful for the generous hours, minimal wait times, and respectful staff and clinicians.

I have always received efficient and fast care at this location. The doctors and nurses are also very patient and thorough with my toddler. We did not feel rushed at all. They seem to really care about the patient and take their time. Front desk staff has always been pleasant as well. Easy in and out! I will continue to visit this location when needed.

The woman Dr.'s I've seen here are absolutely great. I love that it shows LGBTQ friendly on the Google page. She knew what to do with me and what I needed. Answered my questions and called me with fast test results. Smart reliable woman who work here. All of them. Lady at the desk is great too. Absolutely love this urgent care.

The staff is nice and pleasant, but this is not express care. 2 hours to wait for a doctor. I didn't want to pay my copay twice today, but go to North Olmsted. It's quicker, as I've never spent more than 40mins there.
