I saw a PA-C---Melissa Bollin. Went in with confirmed case of the flu and a terrible case of plurisy. She was kind and compassionate. Listened and addressed my concerns. Listen--these people get bogged down with tons of patients everyday. And they still come in everyday and give their best. You cant always get in and out in 10 minutes. But i was seen fairly quickly, all things considered. Got true medical care in every definition of the word. Got my meds and was back home to recover inside of an hour. Its nice to know i have a place like this so close should i ever need it. Give this person a raise!

We took our 15 yr old son here when he had a cold he wasn't shaking and he passed out in the middle of the night ( stumbled in hall on the way to the bathroom) . He ended up just being dehydrated. They tested for COVID, flu, strep, rsv then said he could have meningitis and take him to Hillcrest. We got there and the doctor examined him and said why is he here? He doesn't have meningitis clearly. We got a bill for $2,600. No IVs no X-rays swab test for COVID strip and RSV and flu. Completely underwhelming advice. Do not go here!

I was there when the doors opened. My appointment took over 1.5 hours. Came in with cold and sinus systems that have lasted more than 9 days with no relief from over the counter medication. The nurse practitioner prescribed me the equivalent of Robintussin and told me to come in after two weeks if I wasn’t feeling any better!! I asked why I wasn’t being prescribed a course of antibiotics. The nurse practitioner commented, “we do not like prescribing antibiotics and preferred other course of meds.” Also, she argued with me that my swollen lymph node was in fact not a lymph node. I went home immediately called TeleMed (should have done that and save me time and grief). I was on the phone with TeleMed for 2 minutes. Come in quite often. I find they give the best care. Big fan of them can't say enough nice thing. Today especially. Very caring and helpful.

The staff here was AMAZING! Brought my kid in for strep/covid test and they were all so nice! Place is SUPER clean, staff is friendly, courteous and professional. My daughter was so relaxed, the MA that did her tests was so kind and helped my daughter feel comfortable before administering the tests. And the PA was SO awesome, had my daughter laughing. 10/10 recommend this Express Care! Thank you to the amazing staff, you all are fantastic!
