I have lived in Georgia since 2014. I finally found claramont veterinarian about a year ago! Doctor Savage and his team are the best. My dogs absolutely love visiting them. They are all very kind and helpful.

Dr. Savage is the most caring veterinarian you can find. He walked us through a very sad diagnosis with our Great Dane. Not only did he make same day appointments, he had an appointment scheduled within about 3 days with UGA’s neurology department. He, and amazing staff, were with us every step of the way. Quick wait times for appointments, med requests, etc. When the day came, Dr. Savage drove to our home and met me literally with open arms for a supportive hug. I was losing my family member, not just a dog, and Dr. Savage took all the time we needed. His professionalism, empathy, and reassurance we had done all we could do was more than you could ask for. We carried our 3 and a half year old King Charles to Dr Savage. She would stagger when she walked, she panted a lot, difficult breathing, pain in her abdomen when she was picked up and a limp. She was drinking water okay and eating a little. Dr Savage watched her walk a few steps and focused on a right leg limp. He took X-rays of the leg and it showed nothing wrong. He was asked if there could be internal injury. We asked if he could check her blood pressure and he said it would take 20 minutes to get the machine ready and HE WOULD NOT DO THAT. I had an emergency with one of my dogs and his ear was infected. They fit me in the veterinarian was great and now he is feeling better. Best service ever. I love this place!
