Clement Street Dental

Had some extractions and new dentures made here. As good as anyone could do but what I really like about this place is the upbeat atmosphere. The dentists and assorted assistants are all very helpful and happy. Lots of jokes. Lots of humor. They keep things cheerful for you. I will continue to go here.

I've had 2 root canals with Clement Street Dental. The staff was helpful and professional. The dentist and endodontist were skilled, quick and very good about giving adequate anesthesia. I have no complaints and plan to continue receiving dental care here as long as I'm in the city.

I’ve been going here for many years. I’ve always had good experiences here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Office staff always clearly outline the costs before the visit and they are very accommodating with appointments. I’ve never had any problems with the dental work.

My husband came to see Susan Chan for infected root-canal. He was in pain. She hurt him even when she took x-rays. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and screaming all the time. When asked why she screamed so much she responded that she had problems with hearing. She charged my husband $70 and then refused to do root-canal. She said she needed pre-authorisation.She said pre-authorisation would take 4 to 6 weeks . I called the insurance and they said no pre-authorisation was required for this procedure code. Avoid this office and Susan Chan.

I was treated here worse than at the UCSF dental school.
