Cleburne Pharmacy - Wedowee, AL

It has become so confusing trying to do anything online or an app. They had a previous app I used but then apparently they are no longer using that even though there was no notification for this. So I got the new app that their website takes you to- rx365 but now I’m getting messages about something called nimble. I have no idea what to use. I paid for one day shipping/delivery through nimble but did not receive it on the day it gave me and have now received a text that it is ready for pick up…. There are too many platforms being used and they are not user friendly. If they are changing systems that they use they should at least notify patients so we know what to use and then if we have trouble we can just call or go in person.

Did not want to help with a prescription to get it transferred to another pharmacy because they didnt take my insurance. Would not help me. Told me they wouldn't call a another pharmacy but I could do it myself. So instead of them helping me. I had to go in the parking lot and do something that would have taken them about 2 minutes to do. Im not sure if she was just lazy or if that's how they treat customers. Very disappointed!

The people at the pharmacy are very nice and helpful. Had questions and pharmacists took time to explain and talk to me about my concerns.

They have apparently changed their Saturday hours in the last several months but didn't bother to notify their customers! They were open until 4pm on Saturdays but I just went up there and they are closed! Now I can't get my medication until Monday! There seems to be issues lately and I don't know if there is new management or employees...

Not once but three times now when I’ve called to pay* my husband’s copay for his dexcoms that he NEEDS and have been told that it’ll get charged and mailed same day. No charges are made when I call to pay and nothing is mailed when it is said to be! They do it on THEIR* time and their time only no consideration for the wellbeing of who it could be affecting! Now because they failed to do THEIR JOB we have to wait YET AGAIN to receive the glucose monitoring system used to give us peace of mind and go back to constant finger pricks and pain and worrying! Absolutely just sad this is the only pharmacy in 30 miles that we can get this filled at!
