The staff and doctors are extremely knowledgeable, scheduling is flexible and they always make my daughter comfortable while providing care . If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I have brought my son to numerous appointments here and had a couple for myself as well. I cannot recommend Cleaver Dermatology highly enough. Hannah and the nursing staff as well as front desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I originally chose them because of insurance but I would pay out of pocket just to keep coming here.

Took my daughter here today. They said we need to be here an hour early which no one on the phone mentioned when making the appointment and having people wait an hour plus appointment time is crazy. Then they wouldn't even see my daughter because they needed her insurance card which no one mentioned on the phone and they need les my ID as well which also wasn't mentioned when making the appointment. But I did forget my wallet on this which is just my luck. Then after no seeing her they would not give my daughter a doctor excuse even though she was there had an appointment but because she wasn't actually seen they wouldn't give her one. Also I had to drive about an hour to this place and now I have to drive back next week.

The doctor was amazing. The lady who checks people in the front is extremely rude and unprofessional. She should not be in the front dealing with anyone.
