So last month we were told our Dr was no longer at our locations. ( There was a note on the door) I called and they set us up with Dr in Easton, MD. Then we were scheduled Oct. 1 to go to the office in Kent Island. Of course this Dr knew she would not be out normal Dr. I felt rushed. On Saturday OCT 4 I sent my husband to the pharmacy to pick up all the prescriptions. One of my meds was missing. Of course everyone was closed on the weekend. I called today 10-6 to get the reply oops the Dr forgot to send this prescription over. Now I have to wait for the Dr to call to say the script was sent over. Ugh!!!!! Julie Hartley

Had my 3rd visit and everyone is so Nice and Proficient...I am so happy I switched. I was so worried after being with my previous pain management co....(they moved to Glen Burnie) and not knowing my story after almost 15 years...but I really am incredibly happy. And since I barely drive and live on Kent Island so much better than driving to Annapolis and definitely Glen Burnie... Adding to my text it is now 2026 and the care is really outstanding they listen and help get to the root of the problem. It's fast, clean, friendly still amazed I didn't switch sooner..Love Ashley 🥰

It’s always nerve wracking to switch providers every couple of years. Had to go to a different office since the Chestertown office isn’t staffed yet so I ended up on Kent Island. What a great staff! I mean I love my Ctown group, but I had a next level comprehensive visit with Ashley (np). I left feeling as if I had a better understanding of my options going forward. Great group of folks! Caring, concerned, educative, kind and respectful.

Overall good facility and staff. Terrible company in general. Good luck contacting them. Also canceled my procedure without telling me. Do not recommend

Incredible staff to work with. Dr. John knew all about my struggles and had a pain mgmt system all ready for me. Highly recommend
