I loved the service of Clearly Dental for years (I have been going for approximately 10 + years) then lapsed on my dental care for a year or two and was told I was coming back as a new patient. First when I filled out the new patient paperwork my appointment was automatically canceled due to not filling it out and I had to call and tell them I did fill it out and to not cancel my appointment, it went to the wrong place in the system and that was solved. Then I call and tell them I will be 15 minutes late to my appointment, they tell me they can’t and try to reschedule me, which is understandable. I then am put on hold and told I cannot actually reschedule and I cannot come back to the practice as I missed my appointment as a new patient. I will never be able to have another appointment wit

Really nice staff and great experience! <-- my first time seeing them. Since returning for my second visit, they have new people at the front desk. And it wasn't the same experience I had the first time. The dentist is great and keeps it real with you. I appreciated that! The teeth cleaning experience was fantastic and the person who helped with doing the xrays is especially GREAT!

Dr. Rina has been our dentist for several years now and we are very happy with the care and service we receive at this practice. If you are looking for a dentist, we highly recommend Clearly Dental!

I wish I could give no stars. I scheduled this appointment weeks ago to address an ongoing issue and was told there was nothing available any sooner. Today, my appointment was cancelled only 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Had to leave work early to an accommodate the time given, only to have them cancel. I also received a text reminding me of my appointment an hour before they cancelled.

Our daughter was dealing with a dental emergency after an injury that required surgery. Carissa was amazing in helping to get us scheduled. Dr. Walter was very knowledgeable and informative. Carissa and Dr. Walter put our daughter at ease during a very difficult time. With in 36 hours she was seen, referred off to have 3 root canals completed and back to Dr. Walter for a beautiful temporary fix. In a few weeks we will return to Dr. Walter so she can permanently restore our daughters beautiful smile. You are in the best hands with Cleary Dental.
