All of the primary care staff members have very good bedside manners, and if your honest they listen and will do the best they can to get you feeling better. They are taking new patients in all areas Jefferson Punxsutawney Dubios Clearfield Indiana ect.

Meh. Not overly impressed. I went once for my initial appointment and was rushed through my appointment. I have been trying to reach someone in the office for a while now to get refills on prescriptions and I'm either left on hold and forgotten or I have been hung up on without a greeting. (I am currently on hold now and we're going on 4 minutes.)

I will not use anyone else to be my primary care provider. They listen, the double check, they send to other professionals when needed that are good. They try to fix problems. THEY ACTUALLY CARE!

Dr. Brandon Roscoe is fantastic but unfortunately the practice denies in-person appointments if you have a fever and that's an unhelpful response from a doctor's office when my toddler is sick and needs to be seen 🤷
