ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care | Alton

Took my son here for a continuous cough that was going on 3 weeks. Immediately was greeted by a very sweet receptionist (didn’t get her name) and we only sat in the waiting area for about 5 minutes. Sarah S was absolutely incredible with my son, she made him feel comfortable and eased his anxiety, she even did some vitals on his stuffed red panda! Jessica Batchelder, PA-C was outstanding as well! She was efficient, patient, and had a great personality. I felt very comfortable and like my concerns were being heard. All around, this was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had and I know my son got quality care. Thank you all!!

I would visit here again. The place runs smoothly. Service is quick. Very clean and quiet environment. I was in and out in maybe less than 20 mins. This was good and not so great. Not so great for me because the end result was “There’s not much we can do for you, you should go to the ER.” I was hoping there was more they could do (for $160), which of course, is no fault of their’s. The female doctor I saw was really friendly and down to earth. Person who took my vitals was friendly. On the way out, I really appreciated that someone at the front desk said “Hope you feel better!” Although there was more of a business-like demeanor of the lady at the front desk, that comment was very warm!

When my PCP could not accommodate my need I went to ClearChoice MD Urgent Care in Alton. Walked in, signed in at the kiosk (which can be done on line) and was greeted promptly. Staff was courteous and professional. I will definitely consider them as an urgent healthcare option in the future.

Very easy to book an appointment online. Service was very good and I was well taken care of. I was out of there in less than an hour. My only issue was that I would have liked to pre-register, but the form required photos of my insurance cards. I do not have the ability to do that and I would have liked to have been able to skip that part and finish the rest of the preregistration. However, there was no option to skip it.

I arrived with a bad ear ache. After filling out a reasonable amount of paperwork I was taken to the room. The very pleasant pretty nurse took a very pertinent history and my vitals. She left and I waited approx 15 minutes for the Dr who was diagnosed my condition and gave me her diagnosis. Overall experience was very positive. Kevin T
