Clean and cozy office. However, I had to wait 15 minutes over my appointment. Ophthalmologist got back from her lunch 15min late. She didn't even say sorry. Clear vision..! you charge late or no show customer $35. I wonder What you can do for 15min over the appointment waiting customer? Please be professional.

Doctor I have seen, she is really good. She answered all my questions and even referred me to Someone else based on her findings in retina imaging. Now the reason for 4 star is, I wish the front desk team verified my insurance in advance and told me that Costco won’t accept my insurance and I should pay out of network fee. I was charged $120 after my appointment when I could have gotten the same tests for $50 or less with a provider that is in-network. Over all great experience with the doctor and also with their team that supports eye glasses and frames.

Though my initial experience was underwhelming, my follow-up with the owner truly showed a different experience. He took great care of my and I could see the pride he has for his business. I would highly recommend the Coppell office for an appointment.

I had a great experience getting my appointment set up and felt very taken care of by both Dr. Timmer and the front desk staff about 2 months ago. Once I received my trial lenses, I was instructed to call back, so they could put in an order. However, I have attempted to contact the office three times now and have been met by voicemail each time. I left a voicemail after hours on 10/16 and they understandably did not answer. Unfortunately, when I tried to reach out on Friday (10/24) and today (10/27) during business hours I had to leave a voicemail. I have left my name, phone number, and birth date but have not received any communication from them yet. It is disappointing because I had such a great initial experience at this office and now I cannot seem to get in contact with them for a b

The front desk guy has a really terrible attitude. I scheduled an eye exam for my wife. He asked us to fill all blanks in the new patient form even it’s not highlighted. I filled all necessary information but he said it’s not enough. We need to fill all detail information in the form. I asked to see the doctor first. He told me the doctor is not available. This is very ridiculous! I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this guy really give us a bad experience. Not recommended! Fake 4.8 star
