Came in for a pretty severe ingrown. I don’t even know where to begin from the moment I walked in the way i was treated was so impressive. customer service is obviously their priority. Aracelli (sally) was SO personable and kind. Got me set up to see the doctor. Dr. Cardona was so pleasant the entire time and so thorough about what my options were for treatment. I am a yapaholic and she made sure to address every single one of my concerns and really ease my anxiety. Dr. Cardona was so lovely the entire time and so gentle! Their prices were VERY reasonable compared to many of the other options in the area. I give this place 1 million stars! This will be my foot doctor for life!

I have been a patient at Clear Lake Foot & Ankle Specialist with Dr. Cardona for over 5 years. My overall experience with this practice has been phenomenal as Dr. Cardona and her team have been attentive to any treatment I have received. The first visit I placed was due to lower back pain as my feet are pretty flat, but she was able to provide me with custom orthopedic insoles which assisted me in improving my overall leg stance which alleviated pain from my lower back. I recently returned as I had a treatment completed for ingrown nails on my paws about 15 years ago & unfortunately, I noticed they made a return, loud sighhhhhhhh. I can’t say enough good things about the staff here! 100% Recommend! I had painful ingrowns and they were able to get me on the schedule the next day. The procedure was nearly pain free and chatting with Dr. Cardona as she did the speedy procedure was truly a delight.
