CLEAR Immediate Care

AVOID!!!!!!! FRAUDULENT!!! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! I think they are in the business of just prescribing Adderall and when I did not meet the criteria, they didn't feel a need to treat me. Clear Immediate Rip Off!!! I went out of my way to visit this office. Paid there fees met with a physician's assistant answered a ton of questions. And then they never got back to me. Completely ignored me. Apparently they have no intention of treating me. No follow-up! No diagnosis! No treatment! Nada!! They may be fraudulent! I intend to report them. I don't think they ever intended to help me The owner thanked for a 5 star review! Which is either a bad attempt at sarcasm or they didn't read the review. Another failure!!!

This is our second time seeing Dr. Alyssa Daugherty and she's always a pleasure to deal with. She told me that she would give us a refund and send my mom to the ER since there was no service done. When I got to the front desk, the "office manager" said there would be no refund because a diagnosis & referral order was made to send her to the ER. If that's the case I get it but that's what Dr. Dougherty told us. If I'm not refunded then I will not return. Thank you. Eugene McIntosh

First, some context: I have been a patient here for three years after making Clear Immediate Care my PCP when I relocated to Chicago. My partner has been a patient even longer. We stayed largely out of convenience and because we genuinely like the doctors and PAs. In particular, Dr. Woodward deserves real recognition. She changed my life by advocating for my care. I am objectively better because of her. Unfortunately, the administrative side of this practice has been problematic from the very beginning. Early on, I came in extremely ill and was supposed to be prescribed medication. It was never sent. I followed up multiple times and still did not receive it. At the time, I let it go, assuming it was an isolated mistake. It was not. Over the years, scheduling has consistently been a mess

Gosh I have so many wonderful things to say about Clear Wellness. If you are looking for kind and professional health care professionals look no further! I love Clear Wellness overall but I ESPECIALLY love my most recent experience with Rosie!!! I cannot say enough about her. I went in for flu symptoms during my visit she informed me that Clear Wellness wasn’t just urgent care that I could make them my primary care doctors office. I only go to them when I have an issue as I’m newish to the city and I wish I knew a year ago I could have made them my primary. Rosie also told me that they could help with my weight loss goals as well. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional I hope to see her every time that I have an appointment! I will never go back after the experience I had with doctor Alyssa Daugherty with terrible bedside manner. Before I even saw her, I could over hear her from my room complaining to the nurses that they were getting too busy and they can keep bringing people back. She came into the room, proceeded press on a pain area and said there’s nothing she could do but prescribe pills and told me good luck at the ER when I asked what I could do for the pain and said I would gladly go. After walking out and complaining on her to the office manager, she proceeded to prescribe me medication and SHARE MY MEDICAL INFORMATION FOR REFERRALs to cover her horrible behavior and lack of treatment while I was there.
