Clayton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

My sister was in Clayton Rehab . From August 2025 to Jan 8, 2026. She went in weighing 214lb and went out in a body bag weighing 161 if that can even be true . They are under staffed to say the least and there are only a handful of people that work there for the right reasons. Most are inconsiderate, incompetent and down right useless and Rude. They never listen to what you have to say about your loved ones needs. They do it th way they choose to do it. I knew my sister for 64 years so I think I knew what was needed and when. The weekend staff was even fewer than during the week. The few that deserve mention are the cleaning staff, a few nurse and aides …. Our father had to come here for rehab and he was in pretty rough shape when he arrived. After his stay here I am happy to report he is doing great. The staff here has gone above and beyond taking care of him and getting him back on his feet. The staff is very friendly and very interactive with the patients and the family. We want to thank the staff for a great job and being so kind and caring. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My mother is currently at the Clayton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Mormin the director there and his staff are wonderful! They all went above and beyond to answer all our questions we had regarding my mothers temporary stay with them which I pray can turn into long-term stay thanks to the great care my mother has been receiving.

My overall experience hasn’t been great but there are 5 star people that work there such as their social worker, Jennifer, Cara the business manager, our Dad’s nurse Brenda and his CNAs Dianna and Hannah. They are very compassionate people not just for my Dad but our family. They are very helpful navigating the Medicare, Social Security, and Hospice world we knew nothing about. They went above and beyond. Brenda, Dianna and Hannah genuinely care for their patients. They communicate well with other staff and families too. Thank you so much, Donna Conner

I can not fathom how this facility has received such a high rating. This was by far the worst experience of my life, and can only image how my husband felt about. Needless to say my husband stayed here two weeks before I transferred him to a new rehab. I will say the physical therapy part was ok but nothing else was in the slightest. Meal times were very late, food was not even edible at times, rooms are dirty, ac units were gross, staff seemed nice till no one was around. Please do not send your loved ones here.
