Clayton Pharmacy

I recently switched to Clayton Pharmacy and I couldn't be happier!! I previously used the pharmacy on Pritchard Rd in the Food Lion shopping center. After multiple mistakes and no accountability, I knew I had to make a change. After researching privately owned pharmacies in Clayton, I chose Clayton Pharmacy. Their customer service and Pharmacist are absolutely amazing!! Chris has been so very kind and helpful! I live several miles from the pharmacy, however, Chris delivers my medicine free of charge regardless if it's 5 prescriptions or just 1. The relief I feel knowing I will always get my prescriptions the same day, the right dosage, with friendly service is wonderful! I'm so happy with Clayton Pharmacy! I switched after being extremely frustrated with my previous chain pharmacy. The folks at Clayton Pharmacy go out of their way to be helpful, are always friendly, and greet me by name. They text when prescriptions are ready, they answer their phone(!), and I've never seen a long line. I'm sorry it took me so long to switch to them. I would recommend Clayton Pharmacy to everyone!

Fabulous service. They go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. All of the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Much better than the chain pharmacies, in my opinion.

I know more about pharmacies than most people, having been on medications since I was 18. Clayton Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever used, and I say that with 20 years of experience. What's most important in a pharmacy for me is having staff who are friendly and willing to work with you. Clayton Pharmacy goes above and beyond in this category. It's a rare thing these days, but they tend to know their customers by name. A couple more things are really great: (1) they send you a text message when your prescription is ready--every time. And then, if you give them a call, they'll actually deliver your prescription to your house free of charge. They're so nice, though, that sometimes I choose to go in person just to say hey. Very happy to have switched from a big box pharmacy to local. Everyone there is so friendly, and it feels like they truly get to know their customers. Only wish I'd switched sooner!
