I’ve been off and on here since around 2006. I don’t go to the doctor a lot but it’s right down the road and convent for the occasional primary care. I recently went in because I was extremely sick. Probably top three sickest I have ever been in 48 years. I was already having high fevers, extreme shaking chills and body aches. Dr. K shrugged it off and sent me home on a Friday with nothing, no testing what so ever, other than a negative flu swab and said probably just some sinus stuff. By the following morning I was so sick that I decided to go to Urgent Care to try to avoid the hospital. They ran test immediately and called in antibiotics. They also recommended I either go ahead to the hospital or wait till next day and if no change definitely go then. That night my fever went above 103 a

Dr. Khusayem and his Nurse Practitioner have always been great. The wait time is usually short and the staff very pleasant to work with. I am quite pleased with their service and plan to continue as their patient. You have to remember that most people don't bother to write reviews unless they have an issue, so you should multiply every positive review by something like 200 to get an accurate picture of the service provided. ,->

Backwards and put of date. They send your blood to put of network lab without your consent. They dont even provide you the records even though its the law and they have to. I called and requested they send them and they didn't and acted like I was being difficult! Worst doctor office i have ever been to!

My husband and I have been patients since moving here in 2022. Dr. K has experienced many changes and challenges. I remember 80% of his staff was let go at one point. I would say the the phone etiquette by the staff is not professional. I had a conversation with Lupe and communicated my frustration with Carolina Medical Group who they contract with for their in-house Labs. They have made mistakes twice now and my brother whom I referred him to Dr. K billed his first visit incorrectly. Lupe gave false information back to the Doctor that I mistreated her so I am ending our relationship with his practice. He is losing 3 patients today. I do not recommend this office if you want to deal with rudeness and unprofessionalism.

The office charged my insurance for 2, 99214 CPT codes on my insurance bill for 1 office visit when I was only seen for one issue. That is illegal and considered insurance fraud. My insurance paid for it then I received a bill for the same visit that was paid for by insurance and on the bill it says that the insurance denied payment. They were trying to get paid again even after they committed insurance fraud. If you go here you better check your insurance statements and CPT codes because this can't be the first time this has happened. They just didn't expect someone who knows about medical billing to be the patient.
