I switched to this vet after an issue with my previous vet. I have been coming here a while. It was great. They took wonderful care of my animals. After they got bought out, it seems they have lost touch with taking care of the animals and the concerns of the owner. It is as if you are a number. You are packed into a full waiting room, they get you into the exam room and they muzzle your dog and drag them away. The staff seems overwhelmed and overworked. My dogs do not need to be muzzled at the new place I go. They are very attentive and take time with my babies. I gave a three star as before the change you took great care of my pets, weren't forgetful, shots were on schedule and I remember the care that was given when my beautiful baby midnight passed away.
