Clays always goes above and beyond for their customers! They have stayed open late so we can get medicine for our kids, always have our insurance figured out, and are always friendly and helpful. 100/10 recommend!

I was recommended to call this pharmacy by a friend, when she found out all my local pharmacies were out of my medication until Monday. I had been out a few days already and suffering from the circumstance. Clays Pharmacy was so kind throughout the entire process of seeking their help. They had a few days worth of my medication left, to get me through until the trucks come on Monday. Which was more than anyone else had. They got my prescription switched over quickly and got me taken care of for the weekend. The entire experience was way different than I would get at any other pharmacy nearby. I'm grateful and truly impressed by their service.

My wife and I both have been using this pharmacy for a couple of years now and have been very happy. It's a small place but everyone's friendly and always willing to help you with whatever you need. We would recommend this place to anyone.

We were in town visiting family over the weekend when my youngest son woke up running a fever and saying he didn’t feel good. Fever continued climbing so we took him to urgent care where we waited for what seemed like forever. After finally seeing the doctor and getting him a prescription we took it to CVS to fill and they said it would be an hour before they could fill his ONE PRESCRIPTION!!!!!! We left with our sick CHILD and took the prescription to this pharmacy not knowing that they were about to close. When we gave the pharmacist (who we later learned was the owner) our sons prescription he told us that they were about to close and to give him just a few minutes and he would have it ready. Unfortunately i did not have our insurance card with me and without insurance my sons medicine

Went to the store in Catlettsburg for the first time today(May 9,2022). Door and website stated store hours were 8:30 am for Mondays. I did arrive a few minutes early and sat in my car waiting to see someone unlock the door. No one ever came to unlock the door so i thought maybe my clock was slow. i got out of the car to try the door, it was locked. My clock was reading 8:38. Got back in car and decided to leave. When i looked up after backing out of my parking spot i saw someone coming toward the door. I stopped thinking they were opening. However, when i stopped the car the person stopped walking toward the door, it appeared they turned around and walked back toward the back of the store. Told my husband they must have thought we were there for nerfarious reasons.. Needles
