I am always greeted warmly by the pleasant, smiling staff at the desk. I was seen in a timely manner and Dr. Cochran honestly deserves every award known to medicine and beyond for the way he manages and cares for his patients. He never rushes, despite me having multiple questions sometimes. He never gives yes or no answers either or brushes me off. He answers thoughtfully and in a way that truly educates his patients which I can honestly say I’ve never found in a doctor before. His knowledge and his bedside manner is unmatched, but it’s his way of connecting with his patients that I feel is what allowed me (a transplant from NY, and an avid white coat skeptic) to trust him right off the bat. Dr. Cochran AND his staff are phenomenal. From emergency medical situations to answering questions, to scheduling and everything else, both he and his staff are expertly trained. Beyond that, you will not find a more compassionate, caring and just generally amazing team. Bedside manners go beyond expectations, attention to detail and truly LISTENING to the patient are just some of the ways that Doctor Cochran and his team help his patients overcome their medical challenges and resume a life of normalcy. Dr Cochran is an amazing doctor. I worked with him for years and never heard a bad thing from his patients. They all did amazing! Now as his patient, I would have to agree. He listens, is very laid back and easy to talk to. Most neurosurgeons are a nightmare to staff but put on a nice face when talking to their patients. Not Dr Cochran, he was a pleasure to work with and a pleasure to interact with as his patient. Veronica is wonderful as well, very serious in her care for their patients and wanting them to receive care complication free.
