Dr. Iwamoto performed gum grafting for numerous upper and lower teeth. He took the time to ensure that my mouth was completely numb before proceeding, and I was 100% comfortable throughout. His caring follow-up in the days and weeks after the surgery were very much appreciated. He did a fantastic job, and the results are outstanding. It should also be said that he and his staff are very kind and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

I have been dealing with unknown gum irritation issue for the past six month. I was referred to Dr. Claudio Iwamoto by my dentist. The whole experience with this practice was very efficient and professional. The front desk ladies were very polite and attentive. The doctor's assistants were kind and caring. And, the most important, Dr. Claudio was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. I have got a detailed explanation during the examination and care instructions after the procedure. I had a thorough consultation with Dr. Iwamoto. An appointment for an operation was set up. The front office (Ally) said she tried to call a week before the operation, but did not leave a message. I was on vacation (I was not familiar with the number either). I just called two days before my operation to inquire for details as I am breastfeeding and needed to plan. After answering some of my questions they later called and said that they were sending antibiotics to the pharmacy and I would need to be on them 24 hrs before the procedure (literally tomorrow). When I said I was breastfeeding and couldn’t do that her response was, “well I guess you should pump.” My baby doesn’t take bottles, and I would not be able to get her to take it in 10 hours. There are some dentist that are good.. and than there are some that are naturally gifted - Dr Iwamoto definitely falls in the category of truly gifted dentist. He is highly skilled and cares for his patient. The procedures were painless and he was very attentive and thorough. The office is pristine and immaculate. After patient leaves, the staff literally cleans up the whole area. The front office staff are friendly helpful and accurate with what they do. Everything is transparent. Both Dr Iwamoto and his staff go the second mile for the patient. I must add that it was my husband who kept insisting I should go to Dr Iwamoto coz he goes to his office for dental care … and he truly knows how terrified I am of dental procedures.
