I called to make my mother an appointment as she was referred by her primary caregiver. The first time I called no answer. They answered on the second call and put me on hold for 6 minutes. Once they answered back up I told them I wanted to make an appointment. They told me they don't have any available until January. It's August at this moment. They could have told me that before I was on hold. Unprofessional.

Referral was pending, called to find out how soon the patient could be scheduled, not till January, that's 3 months out. This patient has congestive heart failure.. they don't have access to the patient portal, but YRMC affiliated. The receptionist was rude having attitude, cuts me off as I am asking her questions in general and says "Do you want to cancel the appointment? Yes or No?" With an attitude like that Ms., absolutely! CANCELLED, CLICK and hung it in her ear. 👎🏻

Doctor is excellent but won't call the patient back even though about an important procedure. Still waiting after 4 weeks. Receptionist said she would call back the next day after talking to the doctor but, of course, did not. Maybe their way of getting rid of patients. Wait times too long, staff could care less and rude.

Doctor is very good. Her front office staff lacking in manners & helpfulness. 1)won't & don't listen to hear, 2)talk over non stop to proof how right powerful they are loaded with knowledge. 3)Getting an appointment is extremely difficult and there no follow-up

Great doctor, if you can get through the gatekeepers on staff. I had major medical question, and was unable to get through X 6 phonecalls. Yes, it was monday morning, but there should at least be voicemail or an alternative number to call. I am convinced staff leaves a 'ring busy' que to the primary phone when they are at peak. That to me, is a violation of medical protocol. Again, a great doctor, but staff doesn't seem to care.
