Just over a week ago I had major upper back and shoulder pain and decided to try massage therapy. I was able to get a last-minute appointment for the next day. I have been going to Ursula on and off for many years to help with chronic lower back, hip flexor and neck pain. She, and her work, are amazing! Her therapeutic massages release the tension, stretch muscles which enable me to have greater range of motion, more fluidity and live pain-free.
