Classen Urgent Care Norman

Staff is very caring and professional. I was in and out in no time at all. The PA that seen me, I believe his name was Caleb, listened to me and treated me accordingly. Would highly recommend Classen Urgent Care to the world, but if your here in Norman and need medical assistance to an extent, give them a try.

I went to this urgent care on Monday for severe symptoms including pain and visible blood in my urine. I was told I had no infection, was essentially fine, and was sent home. I trusted their assessment. Within hours, my condition worsened significantly, and I had to go to the emergency room, where I was properly evaluated and diagnosed with a severe UTI, ruptured cysts, and blood clots actively passing from my urethra. To be very clear: I was not healthy, and I was not okay. The initial assessment I received here was dangerously incorrect and delayed proper treatment for a serious condition. Being told everything was fine when it absolutely was not put my health at risk. I paid $90 for what is hands down the worst medical advice I have ever received. Urgent care exists to catch things

Received better care at Classen urgent care than I do at my own GP! Very little wait time, exceptionally friendly staff and caring at the same time! Went in because I believed to be dehydrated and turned out I also had a UTI! I was very impressed and grateful for the care they took with me!

The nurse needed some work, he was very nice but you could tell he wasn’t very experienced. His confidence will come. The provider was super nice, and I feel she tried to help as much as possible. The front staff were okay. They did their job but did not provide excellent customer service, but they were nice enough. Overall, it was a good experience.

Less than 10 minutes waiting time got right in got right to x-ray got right back to the doctor. Dr pulled the shaved my toe and pulled the glass out not a bit of pain and they wrapped it up. Good they were polite. They were helpful. They were informative. I’ll go back
