I had not had a facial before and did not know what to expect. Missy Horton and the entire staff made me feel relaxed. Missy explained everything and asked me about my facial care routine at home. She gave me some really good things to try at home. I feel better after the procedure and will return to this clinic!

From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and well-cared for by the entire team. ​Dr. Swanson is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and has a wonderful bedside manner. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It’s rare to find a physician who balances top-tier expertise with such a genuine, kind approach. ​The results of my treatment have been fantastic, and the office itself is clean, modern, and very efficiently run. To be very transparent I adore PA Kelly my family and I have seen her for 4 years and SHE is amazing! However, they have a new "Corporate" billing update at Clarkston Dermatology. To streamline payments, enrollment in AutoPay is required. Patients who decline must provide a $100 deposit + co-pay at time of visit (excludes Medicare/ Medicaid/ Tricare). The deposit is required at each appointment and refunded after insurance billing is completed. If you autopay Charges occur only after insurance. I was told they are ahead of a wider trend in providers. A staff member reported several of her doctors require it. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new practice.

Dr McFalda has been helping me with my Rosacea issues that suddenly worsened in my late 40s. She is so friendly and kind. She helped me figure out what was going to help and work for me. The staff is really friendly and their office offers so many different procedures, based on your needs.

The office was very tasteful and clean. The staff, from the lovely young woman at reception, Hope, to my esthetician, Sally ( I'm awful with names, I hope that's right), were so kind, polite and thoughtful. They made me feel at ease, and educated me on every part of the process. As for my treatment (micro needling), I was comfortable and relaxed. My esthetician, was gentle and reassuring, checking in with me frequently to make sure I remained as comfortable as possible. I will be recommending this office to everyone who will listen.
