Heather is great! Always very friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Dr. Jordan is great!! Michy also provided a great experience for me! She was very patient in assisting me with selecting the perfect pair of frames and talked me thru my pricing options with the pairs I was deciding between. I’ve been going to Rinkov for over 10 years and have always had a pleasure receiving my eye care service with them. Never a bad experience!

I’ve been going to the Westerville location for at least 4 years. For me, having a good Optometist is the most important factor. Dr Jordon is outstanding! He spends plenty of time answering your questions, showing you the test results and explaining what they mean. He doesn’t push you into getting new glasses when your vision changes are minimal. If you don’t have a good Optometist, nothing else really matters. I highly recommend Dr Jordon.

I went for my annual eye check up. Had about a 12 minute wait and only one other patient in office. Didn't have many changes to my vision so my out of pocket coat was less than $270.00.

Thorough, quick, friendly, and professional. This location was recommended by a friend, and I've only had good experiences with Dr. Jordan and staff.
