Their customer service isn’t great. The staff often looks confused about their duties, and for a medical office, you’d expect better organization. They seem to be constantly losing employees, which might explain why the staff and office manager often appear unsure of what they’re doing. The doctors are okay, but I have seen one of them be rude to a staff member.

Awesome service by Dr Rahman! I had to take my daughter for emergency visit. Staff squeezed me in their busy schedule and Dr Rahman explained everything very well! Very satisfied with my visit! Highly recommended!

Ridiculous wait time with any other doctor expect Dr.Rahman. I was made to wait for an hour with 5 month old and little one was crying in pain. I had all the time to feed and still no doc showed up. Worst experience this time!

My experience at the pediatric clinic was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. They created a nurturing environment that immediately put my child at ease. The doctors were thorough in their examination and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I left feeling confident that my child received the best care possible.
