Just had my new patient visit. And all I can say is that...I'm definitely came to the right place. The staff is very awesome. And Dr. Menard...man...THE BEST! Full of knowledge and definitely listens to your concerns. They get right on the job. Once even an hour after I left. I was getting messages about the referral that we had spoken about. I love it here already!

The experience was great at first! The front helped me change my Pcp and was extremely helpful and friendly! The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable.The next morning I had an blood work appointment and the phlebotomist took over an hour to get to me and was rude when I asked how much longer as i was fasting and had to get to my job..The office seems poorly ran and next time I will go to quest for labs.

This is hands down one of the most unprofessional, dysfunctional medical offices I have ever encountered. The Clark Clinic should not be allowed to operate the way it does. The doctor is completely ineffective, the staff is rude, careless, and clueless, and the entire office looks and feels filthy and neglected. Appointments are meaningless. You will wait for hours past your scheduled time in a disgusting, chaotic waiting room that smells like cigarettes and decay. The office is clearly overbooked beyond control, yet no one seems capable of managing even basic scheduling. When I finally saw the doctor, he spent less than five minutes in the room, offered nothing of value, and rushed out like he couldn’t care less. Telehealth is an absolute joke. If waiting hours on end is your game then the clark clinic is your place .so many people are said to work there but only ever see them socializing or talking in depth about home rentals . Since Stacey Rivera left noone gets seen timely and i mean like 2 hours waiting i also heard them give a man a shot and told him hope he didnt have to drive far it would make him sleepy Why would a health professional put someone life in danger like that .after hospital care is an even bigger joke you cant get seen and noone seems to have a clue whats going on.prescriptions are hard to come by they never respond to my pharmacy when faxed for refills they smile and say wait that’s they’re fave line .ill never go back to such a poorly run meat market like the Clark Clinic Beware youve been warned

New patient Clinic was nice. Staff friendly. Dr (Ronnie) was very through, asking lots of questions, addressing any concerns . Dr Ronnie was great. Like that alot of the test can be done at the clinic instead of having to go to different places. I didnt like waiting room very small ,had patients standing . Not enough seating. Wait time to be seen was longer than I liked.
