Cheryl is an excellent massage therapist of 30 years. I'm used to the brute force method of having therapists break down your muscles into submission. Her technique was very much NOT that yet was super effective. After one session my muscles were happier. Although they were so tight that I think I'll need another session... Which I'll be more than happy to schedule with Cheryl. She's very sensitive and very positive and listens to your body. It was an amazing experience that was a first for me and I've had nearly 100 massages from 10+ different therapists. Cheryl is one of a kind. A+ Highly recommended!

Very comfortable and Cheryl was super sweet and respectful. The room was clean and I felt that she listened to my needs and wants and used several techniques to help figure out what I needed. She also followed up with me to see how I was doing. I would 100% recommend booking a massage with her.

I feel that the massage technique is indeed unique and effective. Although there is some soreness during the massage, the technician said that it is a normal reaction to stretching stiff muscles. After the massage, I feel relaxed and refreshed all over.
