Wonderful experience. Went for eye exam and new glasses. The lady there fixed my mom’s glasses for no charge. My mom had just lost a lens and they fixed it while I was bringing helped. The lady pointed out frames I liked were 1/2 off and even held them until I could come back.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Clarity Vision. My daughter was given the wrong prescription lens (3 instead of 2), which actually belonged to another patient with the same name. This negligent mistake went unnoticed for an entire year and was discovered only during her next annual check-up. I am not sure what potential harm this has caused to her vision but we did notice that her prescription went higher this time, which is unusual. To make matters worse, they were unapologetic and laughed it off when the error was discovered. I trusted this practice with my daughter's eye care, and they failed us. As a parent, I am really hurt by their lack of professionalism and empathy. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking reliable and accurate care. P.S. : Goo
