I had an amazing experience at Dr. Sara Kahen-Kashis office. The front desk staff is always helpful, friendly, and attentive. The doctor is great—she explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand every step of your exam. You can tell she truly cares and provides only the best service. Highly recommend!

I’m never betraying them again lol. Last year my son broke his glasses and needed a new pair asap. Since Clarity didn’t have anything for another 3 weeks decided to go somewhere else. Bad Idea!!! Was told my insurance didn’t cover the costs for anything at all,only for consultation and get prescription. I believed them. So come this year, my son broke his glasses but this time decide to wait for Clarity. Come the appointment I was told my insurance covers for the free glasses . Decided to get an extra pair, for backup. Doctor and employees are professional and respectful and will not hustle you. Never going anywhere else again. It’s worth the wait. Will be making an appointment for myself too.

I took my mother and we are very sastify with her services. She is very patience and professional I strongly recommend her as I can see she loves and knows what she is doing. The lady in the front is very professional and helpful they really work as a team,

Staff and location are very nice. Prescription was not correct though. Dr. commented how my distance vision looks much worse than the year before, I commented that it was fine; she disagreed. After I got glasses with the new rx I realized my distance vision was always always worse than with my old glasses. Paid out of pocked to get a second rx from a different doctor, and low and behold my distance rx was almost exactly the same as a year before, Clarity's numbers were off by 0.25-0.5 on both sphere and cylinder on both eyes.

I am visually disabled and they prescribed me special lenses as a result. Unfortunately, they caused severe delays in my prescription by ordering the wrong glasses that couldn’t accommodate the lenses, and when the glasses finally were ready, they had gotten the prescription wrong for the special lenses. After a month of not having any glasses at all due to their failures, when I went to pick them up, they lied to me about multiple things about the process to avoid taking accountability - the worst of their lies was about how much they charged me so they didn’t have to refund me for the special lenses that I ended up not getting. I’ve never received such abhorrent service that had such a material negative impact on my life. I’d avoid this place in general, but DEFINITELY stay away if you h
