Great experience! Pleasant front desk staff not only for myself but also for my sister being my caregiver….even got her coffee & offered me coffee when I was done. The staff performing the cat scan was very caring about my pain during the process. She was helpful getting me ready for the scan & helping me get ready to leave after scan. A totally great experience.

They were able to get me an appointment quickler than any other place I called (saved me two weeks of waiting for an MRI). I arrived 20 minutes early and 5 minutes later I was getting my MRI. They are top notch. Anyone that is looking to get an MRI done I would recommend using their services.

I highly recommend Clarity Care! They were the most professional, courteous, and prompt team I have dealt with. Dr. Conway was amazing and spot on with my issues and basically saving my life. First, let me say that the nurse Melissa was great and very caring. Other than that, I've had nothing but poor communication and not much clarity in the care that I've received here. I called to get help logging into my account on multiple occasions, which I previously had been able to login into, the secretary told me finally I "never had an account" and "wouldn't have an account" even though I know I logged into it many times. She then told me I was rude when I expressed that this was not true and further explained I was having issues logging in to even pay my bill. It's so sad that their response to my issues not being resolved after I've given my business, is to call me rude to my face. I've never been treated so poorly by a doctor's office over the phone.
