Claris Acupuncture Wellness Clinic at Stony Brook

I’ve been going to Claris Acupuncture & Wellness for a little over two years now, and I truly love going here. Dr. Bae is an absolute gem. She genuinely listens, takes her time, and truly cares about her patients and their concerns. You never feel rushed — you feel heard, understood, and supported. The massage therapist, Tina, is incredible. She knows exactly how to target the areas where the pain is and works with such skill and intention. I always leave feeling lighter, relieved, and more aligned. Since starting treatment, I’ve seen noticeable improvement overall, and I’m so grateful for the care I receive here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate and effective treatment.

My husband and I love Claris. Dr. Bae is the sweetest and has helped us so much with both cupping and acupuncture. She truly cares about her patients and their needs. I come here twice a week and have had great progress with my neck and shoulder pain. I cannot recommend this place enough!! :)

Within the first couple of treatments, Dr. Bae was able to sense my imbalances, and I was truly overwhelmed by her treatments’ physical and emotional effects on me.
