The television in the lobby has something about house houses, and it has a lot of prescription ads and it’s loud… Not the soothing thing that I need before anticipating an MRI. When I ask them to turn it down, and I was the only one in the waiting room, they would not turn down the volume

I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Unfortunately, the customer service at this facility is severely lacking. My husband scheduled an MRI and confirmed over the phone that they had everything they needed in advance. However, when he arrived, he was rudely told they didn’t have the necessary information and was turned away. It was a complete waste of time. We’ve since chosen a different facility. In hindsight, the negative reviews were a clear warning, this place is clearly disorganized. What a disappointment.

Front office rude back office very nice. Had a mylogram/ct and the doctor was very nice and the person assisting the same. This was 2nd time having it done first in Riverside. Surprised that Riverside was all around better experience. They kept me for observation longer due to the fact I’m on blood thinners and susceptible to clots and bleeding out. Also the dye was injected in my spine. No headaches except what I went in with but hadn’t horrible headaches after I was here at Claremont. Top it off I have full insurance coverage and they are billing me.

I had a CT today, the radiology technician was rude and abrasive. Being a cancer patient, I am scheduled for CT and MRI'S often. Being claustrophobic, I asked the technician if open MRI'S, we're available which they aren't. She responsed, like she didn't care. Making me feel that it is my problem.

Walked in this morning for X-rays right after they opened. In and out in less than a hour. Friendly staff. Thank you
