Claremont Care Center

My mother in law was cared for at Claremont Care Center. We had a great experience. It is always tough when your loved one is under medical care, but the staff at Claremont Care Center made it easier for us to trust that our mom in law was taken care of. Our questions were always answered and any concerns were immediately resolved. Staff was always available when we needed them. The Center was clean and well maintained making it easier for us to trust leaving her in their care.

I’ve had a wonderful experience working with the business office at Claremont Care Center. The staff is always professional, helpful, and incredibly patient when explaining billing and insurance details. They made a potentially stressful process smooth and easy to understand. It’s clear they truly care about the families they work with. I’m very grateful for their support and highly recommend their services!

Beautiful facility, always smells clean which is very telling for nursing homes. You can always tell how well patients are taken care of by the appearance of the patients that are present in activities and in the common areas. All of the patients at Claremont are freshly groomed with fresh clean clothing on. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by the friendliest staff. Claremont is a beautiful facility and all of their patients look well taken care of and very happy.

If you have relatives,friends or coworkers who are recovering from a medical situation and doing it here, it's a very easy place to visit them. 11: 00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and is located and easily accessible on Foothill blvd (Rte 66) just east of Garey Avs. In Pomona. You'd be surprised how much they will enjoy seeing someone other than medical staff. Recovery in a medical environment can be a long and tedious task. Sharing some time with a patient can brighten their day, shorten their week and make you appreciated for the time and effort spent

I was horrified that my mom was sent here when I read the recent reviews from the past year. Fortunately my experience so far with this place have been 5 stars. Especially with Erin who is the director of nursing. She thoroughly answered all of my questions until I was at ease about my mom's stay there. All of the other staff were pleasant as well. She was only recently transferred here so if anything changes I will update this review. But if you're reading this, it means I trust my mom's well being here so you should feel safe about your loved one as well.
