Worst clinic in the world . I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at. When I arrived for my appointment, the doctor wasn’t even there. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Additionally, every time I've needed a referral to see a specialist, it has never been ready on time. This has caused significant delays in my treatment and added a lot of unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, trying to get in touch with the clinic is nearly impossible. They never answer the phone, which makes scheduling appointments or getting information extremely difficult. Overall, my experience with this clinic has been very frustrating and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and professional health care.

Worst Clinic Ever- please avoid it This clinic is incredibly unreliable. Referrals are never on time. They schedule specialist appointments, but when my grandma arrives, there is no referral, and the specialist says no appointment was ever made. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews, but this clinic is the worst I've ever encountered. This has happened multiple times. Each time, I've called to explain the situation, as my grandma has to pay for an Uber to get to her appointments. They simply don't care. It's ridiculous. The amount of money my grandma has wasted because of this clinic is outrageous. We will be taking her to another clinic and will definitely report and escalate this issue.

Really amazing and quick team. They value your time and have great patience and customer service skills. From Caitlyn at the front desk to Stephanie the MA who brought me in. They answered all of my questions and I had a really good experience with Dr. Gongora. Nice and clean facility

The facility is great. BUT the disabled parking spots in the front are always being taken by the transportation Van's and their is no one inside them being dropped off. This is not right. If I were a cop I would be issuing tickets. This is what happens when you have a sense of entitlement. IMC Quail Roost has redeemed themselves. I took my Mom for an appointment yesterday and I was able to find parking easily. The doctors and staff at this location are great. Thank you IMC.

I love this place and the staff, they are incredible professional with real human values. They treat me always courteous and make me feel special. Doctors are very nice. The only bad point here is the center, it needs to be remodeled specially the bathroom and office floor. They have a lot of patients, and lot of fans too.
