The service I received from Dr Quintana was excellent. Her customer care goes out of their way to ensure courteous and respectful treatment. She speak and listen in a manner that conveys a sincere desire to understand and assist where necessary. She answer questions clearly and accurately. She is a professional in every sense of the word. She is extremely competent in her specialty, Acupuncture, and leaves you with the distinct impression that they have been dealt with competently. She is a credit to her profession. I would rate her Five Star.

I want to share my experience and gratitude with Claremedica Wellness Center, a place that has truly been a blessing for my family. My 88-year-old mother is living with dementia, a condition that not only affects the person who has it, but also the entire family around them. Despite the challenges this illness brings, the daily therapy she receives at this center, Monday through Friday, has kept her physically and mentally active. I’m not a doctor, but I can’t help comparing her progress with that of colleague’s mothers who attend senior center where there is very little activity. One of them is even younger than my mom, and the contrast is remarkable. My mother remains alert: she recognizes and calls her grandchildren by their names, she can bathe, eat, dress herself, and even tidy up her

Terrible service and lack of respect for the patient - Care Max. My experience with Care Max, and specifically with Dr. Yosvani Correa, has been utterly disrespectful. On three separate occasions, they have canceled my medical appointment without any prior explanation or consideration for my time. The most outrageous incident was the last one: after waiting and rescheduling, they canceled again, claiming that the doctor "is on vacation." It's unbelievable that a health clinic has such poor management and that they are unable to give advance notice or respect their patients' schedules. The service is terrible. If you're looking for a serious place that genuinely cares about people's health and time, do not go to Care Max. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The experience I’ve been having for the last three years has been worse, year after year they refuse to speak in English or they just don’t speak the language . everyone there at the Grant location should be speaking in English, when I asked to speak with someone in English any phone call ,They put me on hold for 30 minutes today. I had an appointment to see my Dr. Heidi Santana Santana at 10:40 AM I’m sending this message at 12:16 in the afternoon and yet no Transportation and no one from the office i hasn’t called back since 10):18 am this morning .
