Claremedica of Naranja - Primary Care

if u dont speak spanish good luck, if u want an office that answers the phone... this ain't it. if u want to be able to make your own appointments...nope. now if u love getting a phone call at 6pm letting u know that u have an appointment for (insert random dr here) tomorrow morning, or you enjoy getting a call from (random specialty here) the day before your appointment that they have to cancel because your referral still hasn't been signed or sent or whatever even though it took 6 months to get this appointment to begin with, then this is your place. we stayed because they got bought out and we were promised amazing changes regarding our problems but they never changed. these people don't answer the phone at all and if u happen to get threw the chances are you are talking to the call ce

The air conditioner has not been working for years. I don’t even want to go there anymore. The temperature inside the waiting area was 83 degrees Fahrenheit the last appointment I went on August the 13 th. Had a hard time getting them to send a referral do that I could get an x-at of my arm. Had to call their office from 7 am to 11 am just for them to send the referral.

This clinic is the worst of could leave no stars at all I would! To start I showed up for an appointment and was told I don’t have an appointment for that day, which was odd because a representative from the office called me the day before to confirm. As I was talking to the receptionist reassuring her I had an appointment, she was changing my appointment to another day (which I obviously couldn’t see what she was doing behind the computer). I then proceeded to call the representative back that told me I had an appointment, THIS REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I DID HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND THE REPRESENTATIVE CHANGED IT WHILE I WAS IN THE OFFICE!!!…the rep which I believe was maybe at a call center ask me to pass my phone so he could speak to the representative at the front desk (w

I've been to almost all of Claremedica clinics and they have been horrible. I have been coming to the Claremedica in Naranja for over 3 years. They have great customer service and Dr Guerra and Dr Roman are like my family. They are great doctors and they genuinely care for me. They go above and beyond to make sure I stay on a healthy path. They have Mexican bingo,bingo,billiards and breakfast and lunch. They even have a hair stylist that will style your hair for free. The dentist there are very kind and professional as well. I would recommend the Claremedica in Naranja only.
