Stay away. The office is very disorganized and front desk has very poor communication. They cancelled my grandmother's appointment without notice and when I called back to reschedule they said they were changing out their system and couldn't schedule. If you have medical concerns that you need consistent and clear followup on, go somewhere else. If you like flaky medical service, go ahead and call. Note: this is not a reflection on the doctors.

Every time I called the clinic nobody answers the phone so i have to go in person to make the appointment. Also the nurse in the 4th floor for the pulmonalogist is very rude. I going to take my mom out of this clinic and move her to another clinic

The worst clinic that I have ever seen. They get every information wrong. Waiting for a results of a biopsies and no communication like it means NOTHING! The lack of professionalism is the WORST!!! No one answers the phone when you call in. Do not join!

This place is a joke and upon arriving it resembles a crowded, noisy DMV. On my 1st visit they had no record of my scheduled appointment because it was apparently cancelled by the system automatically. Today when calling to talk about my meds I learned my doctor no longer works here because he left his practice. Not only did they swap me unknowingly to a different doctor but it was a change from a Medical Doctor to a Nurse Practitioner. So they care so little and have such lousy communication there seems to be no protocol to advise a patient when their doctor is longer their doctor. If you care about your family seek service elsewhere.
