I had no problem with the doctor's care (Dr Yaliz and Dr Ruiz). My big problem and the reason why I had to leave and go else where, was 'REFERRALS '. I waited for a whole month for a referral to be sent to my Dermatologist. I was calling 3 times a week, plus I spoke to Dr Ruiz about it and she assured me that it would be done. My Dermatologist had to cancel 3 appointments because this office wouldn't send the 'darn' referral. I hear other people complain about the same issues from this clinic. Prior to yr. 2026 my insurance did not require a referral, so come 2026, it has been a nightmare!! Whoever is in charge of sending referrals is not doing their job right. Even after my insurance calling this clinic themselves, STILL NO REFERRAL. I went to another doctor to keep my sanity and be str

If I could give them zero stars I would. My mother has received nothing but the run around when it comes to obtaining a referral. The provider advised her to come in to pick it up in 15 days we came in on Monday and was advised referral was never done. I asked for an appointment for us to obtain the referral. Upon the appointment the provider comes in saying she is here to review labs. The labs she was trying to review had already been reviewed last visit and apparently she had no idea about any referral. Are you the doctor? Don’t you treat this patient? Then you turn to the patient and ask her who gave her the injection last time she was here?? Shouldn’t this type of stuff be documented when administered. I do not recommend this office to ANYONE!!! My mother had to call her insurance hers

This place is beyond unprofessional and borderline line negligent. More harm is being done to my mother than helping her. Everytime she needs a referral for routine checkups (cardiology and orthopedic, etc) its a major hassle. My mother gets a run around that lasts weeks at a time. Her blood pressure raises and I ultimately have to take time off work to come in. Even so it doesnt get resolved. Currently, we are getting an unacceptable responses or lack of for a referral to get her 6 month checkup with her cardiologist. They have lied to us and said the cardiologist is not in the network. They insist on us going to their cardiologist which is unethical. Our cardiologist confirmed that he is still in network. We have had him since 2022 and do not plan on changing. Have never seen such a caring team of acupuncturists. The doctor and her assistant know each of their patients and cater to them in a very personal way. They are professional and knowledgeable and transmit this to the patient to reassure them. My symptoms have improved immensely since I’ve been going to them. Satisfaction over all. I totally recommend this clinic. Doctors, Staff, Acupuncture dept. all staff and service is absolutely great. Been with them for 7 years. Will keep counting. Dr. Morales & Cruz, Eliany, Yolanda & Genesis at OBT are delightful. Dra. Pérez assist Noelvis. Are a total sweet and caring person. 100% reccommended
