Receptionist Loraine was extremely professional and helpful , very to the point but friendly as well! Understand I’m looking to be a new patient with Dr.Malik after searching for a new PCP in network for 3 hours and being put on hold for 10-20min speaking with 5 very rude receptionist’s (diff locations) and one doctor 🤦🏻‍♀️ Newark really lives up to the bad reputation sometimes and it’s sad 😔 because I know there’s so many professional/talented & friendly people out here that really care! Looking forward to my appointment. I pray it’s well and smooth as the phone call was ❤️🙏😊

It's the best hospital ever!!! It was a pleasure given birth here; all the staff was amazing, so kind and friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean all the time I was there and they make you feel like a family member. Given birth here, it was a blessing!!!

The most nicest staff is at Clara Maass. My wife and I were treated so well. The kindness of the staff and the helpfulness we received was the most upmost. We are very happy and appreciate all of the attention given to us on our visit.

Dr.Malik is very professional. Only real problem i had is that i was referred to a specialist about a year and a half ago by my old doctor. Now they are saying that the referred doctor was out of their network. Which is impossible because my last doctor who retired was a true professional and he always checked first. I had to pay 170 something dollars out of pocket which is dead wrong. Now I'm on a quest to get my money back.

The staff at the hospital is very good in what they do. The time before u are seen by a doctor is minimum compared to the hospitals. Care is great and the nurses are very empathetic with the patients.
