Throughout ours stay, she provided care with remarkable dedication, respect, compassion, and efficiency. Her professionalism, knowledge, and incredible ability to anticipate our needs made a profound difference during such an important and delicate moment. I want to take a moment to recognize some truly amazing staff members at Clara Maass Medical Center who made a difference during my stay. And they all deserve more than this recognition which I made it known to Mrs crystal rn supervisor ( she’s awesome ) In the Emergency Room, Nurse Lashawn N., my transporter Ervin, and Nurse Marie were caring, professional, and made me feel safe from the moment I arrived. On the 3rd floor, I was cared for by an incredible team: Gianna, Isabela, Ronwell Taclob, Magalis (she’s amazing ), and Janice G. Each of them showed kindness, patience, and dedication. A big thank you as well to Mrs. Marlene H. and Manny from housekeeping for keeping my room clean and comfortable, and to Zaire and Monica from meal services for their friendly and attentive service. H

Truthfully so far my Cardiologist, Obgyn was great I’m looking forward to meeting my pcp, Dr. Malik & my Orthopedist. & just praying for the best results and care. I haven’t had any issues thus far with staff either. @Guerda is very friendly lady in admitting department. (I always update my reviews so I’ll be updating them in a few months)

I have never experienced a hospital as unprofessional and unsanitary as this one. When I arrived, the entire staff behind the check-in desk seemed more focused on socializing than acknowledging patients. After finally being checked in and escorted to a room, I was shocked to find it completely dirty, with blood splattered on the bed and in the sink. This level of neglect and lack of cleanliness is absolutely unacceptable. To be assigned a room in that condition is beyond alarming. Clara Maass, you must do better. I declined treatment and expect that no charges are sent to my insurance. Never again.

My name is Katie Castaneda and I had same day surgery for a trigger finger release on February 11th 2026. The staff that treated me was so professional and knew how to treat their patients. From as I enter to where they took me to prepare me for surgery. They treated me with such respect and made me feel comfortable and in safe hands. One of the nurse Yvonne Spencer-Kelly was so nice and explained everything what was happening. I was Amazing how she made me feel safe as well as Pinakini Petel was so attentive towards me and kind. I really was happy and safe at Clara Maas and had a wonderful experience there and would recommend to anyone that it is safe and respected at this hospital. Thank you and God Bless!
