Had a massage a bit ago. The environment was very calm and relaxing, and she was more focused on the areas where I felt the most tension or pain. By the end of it, I felt it, but it was really noticeable in my next gym session; I didn’t even know I was capable of going that deep into my range of motion. I was also able to shoot past all of my PRs for both weight and reps by a lot!!! Highly recommend, especially for any fellow gym rats!
Recently had a massage from Clara and it was amazing! She was very professional, accommodating and I felt so great after our session. You can tell she really cares about her clients. Highly recommend!
