Civita Care Center at West River

This place has been a huge help to my great aunt who's been seeking treatment here. I do not have to worry even 1% about her since I know the kind, caring, and always loving staff is constantly giving her the absolute best care possible. They consistantly go above and beyond! Taylor, Cody, Lisa, and so so many others at this facility have been immensely professional and they are all so detail oriented it's amazing! When it comes to my great aunt, it is like they know her already as long as I have! Honestly, I have nothing else to say except a total 10/10 experience all around. Thank you Civita!

My husband’s mom was sent to West River after hospital stay for physical therapy before coming home. PT people are awesome and have helped her tremendously. We did have a concern that was handled quickly and effectively. No blame game. They simply reached out to us to let us know they were working on our issue and it was rectified quickly. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff is very pleasant and I love to see Everyone (even office staff) engage with patients and make them feel important and cared for. It’s a very nice place!

I went to visit my dearest sister/friend… she’s been in this place for a while and after passing through a bad experience in other places she just love Civita @ West River. I’m very happy to see the way she’s doing and how is being treated by the staff. The nurse so kind and attentive. The only thing that it could be mended was the fact that she was waiting a while longer to be changed and but back to bed. But for the rest and most importantly she feels good and well taken care. Thank you for your time and compassion for her and all the the clients people that is there expecting the care compassion and respect needed for all their clients needs. Thanks! I've had two family members at this facility and I can personally say they are by far the kindest and most caring staff I have had the pleasure to meet! Everyone was so nice and we appreciate all they do.Not to mention it's so clean!

The staff at Civita is phenomenal. They are so attentive to their residents. We visit my mom daily and the staff greets us by name. Couldn’t be happier with the care my mom is receiving.
