CityMD Yonkers-South Broadway Urgent Care - Westchester

CityMD on S. BROADWAY, Yonkers has great staff -- from the receptionist, to the medical assistants and the doctors, Dr. Hong, especially! I highly recommend them. Much more professional and pleasant than other places we have gone.

I have been to this location many times and have always received the best care. Today the wait was longer than usual but I was prescribed medication to help me deal with the flu which is actually working. The doctors and nurses are great!

Ngl it's bad up in there, definitely a more professional, knowledgeable, attentive, mature & at least somewhat of an American staff is needed in ther for sure, I basically had to prescribe myself medications @ the end of the visit smh the level of care, common sense & treatment in there is @ the bare minimum, if that. #sheesh

Doctors and Staff here are very professional, and caring and explain everything in detail. Recommend front desk staff also very helpful and kind. As you can see from my picture I was a hot mess when I went there but thanks to Dr and staff I'm on my way to getting better.

I have taken a family of six who our nonprofit works with to this City MD clinic on Souh Broadway three times in 2025. I have been totally impressed with the quality of care and friendliness of staff. The wait time was also minimal. This clinic is situated in a working class, relatively poor area of Yonkers. But this is a marvelous example of high quality medical care for many on Medicaid and what should be available everywhere for those without the means for expensive, private insurance.
